* Reimbursements for travel and other miscellaneous expenses paid on or after July 1, 2008, will no longer be available to view on Employee Self-Service. Beginning with the implementation of the University's new financial system (EFS) on July 1, 2008, employees will receive an e-mail notifying them that their reimbursement requests have been approved. However, historical reimbursement information prior to July 1, 2008, will continue to be available on Employee Self-Service for an unspecified period of time.
University employees who were actively employed and receiving benefits at the end of the 2007 calendar year can view a total compensation statement. The statement calculates the overall value of the retirement, health care, tuition, and the other benefits that you received.
Call 1-HELP (612-301-4357) if you need help with the ID or password for your University internet account. Passwords cannot be reset by e-mail. Internet account assistance is provided by Academic and Distributed Computing Services (ADCS).
